Free Pattern: JP Large Flower Cloths

I have always wanted to design a large flower washcloth so after making the “Jonathan Flowers” cloth I thought I would try a large version. I really like how it turned out.

I made the purple one first and then a friend suggested scrubby yarn for the center. Since I have to hold another strand of yarn with scrubby so I can see the stitches I did the whole cloth with 2 strands. It turned out a little bigger and will be really cute on my table under a fruit bowl or flowers.

The purple one has a center made from post sts. I thought the scrubby yarn one (2 strand version) would be easier with regular sts for it is a little different.
