Join me for the most popular swap to finish out my fifteenth year!
Space is limited this time! I am making a special gift for everyone that sends in their ornaments.
This listing is registration for a crocheted ornament swap. You will need to crochet 5 ornaments and ship them to Heidi in Utah by 11/1/26. The $8 yo join covers the shipping expense back to you. You will also need to pay to ship them to me. I can offer suggestions for cheapest shipping options. If you send in your cloths you will also get a coupon to download a snappy pattern of your choice to help offset your shipping expense.
~ The goal of this ornament exchange is to exchange ornaments that we will be able to enjoy for years and years to come. We also want to support each other through friendship and kindness. Snappy events are drama llama free.
~ Each person needs to crochet 5 Christmas ornaments.
~~ PLEASE NO POLITICAL OR CONTROVERSIAL ORNAMENTS. If any are received they will be donated to a thrift shop and not included in the swap.
~ Be aware you might receive a wide variety of ornaments. Christmas is a religious holiday, but not everyone celebrates it in a religious way. On the other hand, be prepared (if you are religious) to receive things like a unicorn or Jack Skellington ornaments.
~ Please ATTACH a tag/note to each ornament with your name and state. The “tag” does not need to be a gift tag, Most people cut a 3 x 5 card (or equivalent) into 2 x 3” pieces and use a piece of yarn to tie the tag to the ornament.
What to write: I would put Heidi Yates (or Heidi Y), from Utah.
It has been requested that you PLEASE do not include lotion or food samples. In the past some have attached a little tea packet or lotion sample. While we appreciate your thoughtfulness, due to allergies and the possibility they could leak onto the ornaments they will not be sent with ornaments if they get to Utah.
~ Ship them to me (in Utah) postmarked no later than November 1, 2026. They MUST be sent by then so I have time to get them swapped and sent back asap.

About The Ornaments
- They can each be different or all the same.
- If you choose to make religious ornaments please keep them non denominational.
- No glass bulbs or fragile items. Please do NOT include the wire ornament hangers. If you want to add a hanger, please choose yarn or similar.
- In consideration of others, please make an ornament you would be just as proud to give as happy to receive. The goal of this ornament exchange is to exchange ornaments that we will be able to enjoy for years and years to come.
- Keep ornaments within a reasonable size.
- You may do flat or 3d ornaments.
