Weekly Wash #26: Drop Down Towel

This cloth has become my new favorite one. It whips up quickly because it has an easy repeat to remember plus it has a thick texture. It is designed to match my “Bee Happy Hanging Towel“. It starts the same as that towel does so it makes a nice set.

This is similar to my “Drop Down Cloth“. The difference is that pattern repeats the spike stitch every row, whereas this one has a regular row each time you switch colors. It makes the texture stand out and gives the color changes a straighter row.

How about using this stitch combo for a blanket! I am going to give it a try.
