The only way I can continue to give these patterns is by having people visit my page and spend time here. If you post the link and codes (referred to as password on the download page) on social media it eliminates the pages loading and decreases my traffic.

I GREATLY APPRECIATE you wanting to help others. Instead of posting the codes please encourage anyone in need of help to send me an email. THANK YOU!

Goose or llama? Tough choice! I’ve always been fascinated by llamas and emus for absolutely no reason. However, with the Walmart goose being released this year, I am now the proud owner of a porch goose! Plus I got my mother one for Mother’s Day, and I think she was more thrilled than I was to get one. I’ve only made 1 outfit, but am working on my second, and am making a list of all the ones to stitch up. So the goose fascination is growing on me, but I’d probably still relate more to a llama.

  2. Happy Birthday1. I always love your goose outfits. Thank you for all the free patterns this month.

    Happy Birthday, Heidi!
The worst place I lost my hook was at the beach. I had everyone combing the sand! It was the only one I had with me, so I couldn’t keep crocheting. We found it 20 minutes later!

  10. Renee Zinck says:

I dropped a steel hook in my sister’s car, and couldn’t find it, even when looking from outside the car. The interesting thing is that she found it a couple of years later. She always keeps her car clean, so the hook hid itself well.

  11. Lynda Atwood says:

Happy Burthday! I loose hooks all over! The couch is the usual, under the seat in the car.

Happy Birthday, Heidi! My best friend in thr world had a birthday on Monday thr 11th. 30 years ish we’ve been friends since 8th grade! Thr craziest place I’ve left a crochet hook was on the top of my head! 28. Happy Birthday month! We have snow in Colorado, at my house even, lol. No power though 🥶. I lost a hook in Maui Hawaii 🌺. Yep, not sure of the location exactly but I got home to Colorado and realized I was missing a new pair of capris 😂. Neither were in the hotel room 🤷🏻‍♀️😄. Those are my favorite 3 hook sizes too!

    1. I’m always leaving my hooks in my project bags, cookie tins (with beads, tapestry needles, markers and other accessories), and yarn store bags. My son has “helped” me tidy these up, he’s unclear which boxes and bags contain what and if maybe they’re maybe in our storage unit. I appreciate his help but wish he had a better memory.

  29. Jennifer Galvan says:

MY Sphynx cat will take my hooks and hide them in her heated bed – so when one goes missing I check there first now. Happy Birthday!!!

  30. I lost my crochet hook in my ball of yarn. It slid completely into the skein after I stuck it partially into the skein to avoid losing track of it. I have since learned to squish my skeins thoroughly when I’m missing a crochet hook.

  31. The last time I lost mine was when we moved. Never did fine them.

  32. Sue Weglarz says:

    Happy May Birthday Heidi!

I have a collection of size G, H, and I hooks so that when I lose one under the couch I can pull out another and keep crocheting. Aboit once a month I crawl on the floor to retrieve them all.

The only ones I’m sharing lmbo 🤣🤪

In a friend’s car on the way to Texas. It must’ve fallen out when we stopped for gas and a pit stop, and I never found it–we looked everywhere. I had to buy a new Clover hook when I got back to finish the project.

  35. I lost my favorite hook in my bedroom and have yet to find it over a year later!!

  37. Jody Turner says:

Congratulations to being in business for 15 years.
I lost one of my crochet hooks for awhile when I left it in a bag with the rest of my project and set it aside to work on something else. Luckily, some time later I found the bag and finished the first project.

  38. Jody Turner says:

I am new to Snappy tots and am excited to see what fun May will bring. The patterns I have made so far are easy to follow and work up perfectly. Congratulations to being in business for 15 years.
I lost one of my crochet hooks for awhile when I left it in a bag with the rest of my project and set it aside to work on something else. Luckily, some time later I found it again and finished the first project.

  39. I would say our recliner. I was busy crocheting and my husband needed some help. I thought I had place my crochet hook on the end table or in my project, so not to lose. When I came back, my hook was no where to be found. Looked everywhere for the hook. I ended up having to get another hook to finish the project. Eventually, I did find the the hook, weeks later, when we moved the chair to clean that area. Evidently, I put the hook on the arm of the chair, why I don’t know, and it fell down the inside of the chair. Needless to say, when he needs help and I’m crocheting, I tell him, “I’ll be there are soon as I place my hook in my crochet needle bag.

  40. Bonne Campbell says:

Those are my favorite hook sizes as well! I always keep a spare “emergency” hook in my purse….it’s a plastic lightweight one and one time when I’d pulled it out to use in the car (as a passenger), I stuck it behind my ear as I was rooting around for something (and I didn’t want to lose it), got out of the car and went in the grocery store, forgetting about the hook behind my ear…LOL. Nobody said anything, but I sure was confused when I couldn’t find my hook later. I was WEARING it!! 😄Bonne ps~hubby never noticed 🤷🏼‍♀️

  41. Happy Birthday Heidi. Love your patterns especially the goose patterns,
