I’ve made two different sets so you can choose your favorites… or print them both!

Both sets are designed for regular 8.5″ x 11″ paper and feature bright colors, happy Halloween sayings, and cute characters.

πŸŽƒ 1. Halloween Treat Bag Toppers

Turn an ordinary little bag of goodies into something extra cute!

These colorful toppers feature happy Halloween characters and fun, positive sayings.

Each topper has a decorated front and a blank section that folds over the back of your treat bag. Just print, cut, fold, and staple or tape in place!

Fill your bags with candy, stickers, pencils, little toys, or other fun surprises.

Here’s a little treat that doesn’t involve candy!

These bright, whimsical bookmarks feature some of our favorite Halloween friends, along with happy little messages to make someone smile.

They’re great for Halloween classroom parties, little gifts, book lovers, or tucking into treat bags.

You’ll also find smaller character cutouts that can be used as gift tags or decorations!

βœ‚οΈ Printing & Cutting Tips

Both printable sets are available as free PDF files, making them easy to save and print whenever you need a little Halloween fun!

  • Download: Click the purple button for the set you want. The PDF will open in a new tab or your device’s PDF viewer. You can print it right away or save it for later.
  • Paper: Use regular 8.5″ x 11″ printer paper. Cardstock is a great choice for sturdier bookmarks and gift tags.
  • Print settings: For the intended size, select “Actual Size” or 100% and choose portrait orientation. If your printer clips the edges, use “Fit to Printable Area” instead.
  • Cutting: Follow the outer edges of each design. Use a paper cutter for straight edges or scissors for the shaped tags.
  • Treat bag toppers: Cut out the entire rectangle, including the blank upper section. Fold along the horizontal dotted line so the blank half folds behind the decorated front. Place it over the top of your treat bag and secure with staples or tape.
  • Bookmarks: Cut them apart and laminate if you’d like them to last longer.
  • Gift tags: Punch a hole near the top and add a little ribbon or string.

Snappy Tip: Print a few extras to keep on hand for last-minute Halloween surprises!
