Oh my heck! Can you believe this is our 15th Annual Costume Parade for Patterns?
This has always been one of my favorite Snappy Halloween traditions. I LOVE seeing everyone’s costumes, handmade creations, decorated homes, adorable pets, and all the wonderfully silly things you come up with!
Some costumes take months to make. Others are thrown together five minutes before trick-or-treating. And sometimes the last-minute ones are the funniest! 😂
You do NOT need to crochet anything or even wear a costume to join the parade!
👻 What Can You Enter?
Almost anything that shows off your Halloween spirit!
Snappy Tots patterns are welcome, but absolutely NOT required!
🍬 How to Join the Parade
- Choose your favorite Halloween picture from the 2026 season.
- Include your name and a short description. We LOVE hearing the stories behind your pictures!
- Email your picture to [email protected] with the subject 2026 Costume Parade.
Entry Deadline: Wednesday, November 4, 2026
11:59 PM Mountain Time

- One entry per person or family, please. A photo collage is welcome!
- Pictures should be from the 2026 Halloween season.
- Costumes and decorations do not have to be handmade or crocheted.
- Please keep everything family-friendly.
- Submit your own photos or pictures you have permission to share.
- By entering, you give Snappy Tots permission to share your submitted picture in the online costume parade and related celebration posts.

Everyone who submits a picture that follows the parade guidelines will receive a FREE Snappy Tots crochet pattern!
