Snappy Celebration Countdown
Over a dozen brand new crochet patterns, tons of variations, plus more included.
🎉 A Brand-New Snappy Mystery CAL
I have been working on something behind the scenes that I have wanted to make for a LONG time.
Our next big Mystery Crochet Along is almost here! This one is going to take us through fall, into the holidays and eventually…
🎄 Christmas in Snappyland!
But first, we have something pretty fun to build.
Want the whole mystery delivered at once? This is the easiest way to join!
Preorder your digital pattern book now and you’ll receive a little welcome surprise right away, plus:
The COMPLETE digital crochet pattern book delivered Saturday, October 24
BOTH main countdown patterns — wall hanging + porch goose outfit
All of the mini character patterns, outfits and accessories included in the book
Helpful instructions, photos, ideas and extras together in one convenient place
Preorder customers get the first look on Saturday, October 24!
The free blog version begins Monday, October 26, but book owners will have the entire project ready to go.
Work ahead. • Follow along. • Make one. • Make both.
ALL FOR $10
Preorder pricing is available through Monday night, October 19, 2026.
This is a blind Mystery CAL, so the finished projects stay under wraps until our first reveal on October 24.
But I CAN give you a few clues…
You will have TWO main projects included, and you can make either one — or both!
Both versions will hold a collection of adorable mini characters that we’ll create along the way.
And don’t worry if you aren’t a fowl lover. 😂 You’ll have options for turning your little characters into other cute friends too.
The goal is a fun, mix-and-match project that you can make your own.
Here’s another fun part…
It doesn’t have to be Christmas!
Change your colors and details to fit whatever YOU want to celebrate.
…or whatever you’re excited to count down to!
We’re starting in October and eventually heading into Christmas in Snappyland, but I can’t wait to see all the different versions people create.
🧶 Can I Follow Along for Free?
Yes! Absolutely!
The first FREE installment of the Snappy Celebration Countdown Mystery CAL will be posted on the Snappy Tots blog on Monday, October 26, 2026.
Individual pattern pieces will continue to be released FREE on the blog throughout the event.
Everyone is welcome to crochet along!
The $10 preorder is for those who want the complete digital book, both projects and all of the included patterns together from the very beginning.
Plus… book owners get to peek ahead while everyone else waits for the next mystery piece. 😏
If you want the book, be sure to preorder before Monday night, October 19.
As we move toward the holidays, this project is going to become part of something even bigger.
Think…
CAMP SNAPPY — CHRISTMAS EDITION!
We’ll be heading back into Snappyland for seasonal fun, little surprises and new ways to use the characters we’re making.
And after waiting patiently for FAR too long…
🧶 Joann’s She Shed is FINALLY opening!
We’ll visit the She Shed for easy ideas for turning our little characters into more than countdown pieces.
Some will be simple ideas you can make with the characters you’ve already crocheted — no whole new project required.
Plus, we’ll see what the rest of Snappyland is up to as the holidays get closer.
This could get interesting. 😂
