One version is bright, silly, and whimsical. The other is a little more traditional Halloween with a magical potion shop twist!
They’re perfect for friends, neighbors, teachers, coworkers, grandkids, or anyone who could use a little Halloween happiness.

That’s the fun part! You can make these as simple or elaborate as you’d like. Most of the goodies are things you probably already have around the house.
- Chocolate: Emergency Witch Fuel
- Tea bag: Witch’s Relaxation Potion
- Coffee packet: Zombie Revival Potion
- Popcorn: Monster Munch
- Candy corn: Unicorn Fangs
- Bandage: For Broomstick Accidents
- Mini marshmallows: Ghost Droppings
- Any favorite candy: A Little Something Sweet
Put everything into a little gift bag, basket, mug, or small box. Add the matching printable sign, and your Halloween Survival Kit is ready to make someone smile!
💡 Make It Yours!
You don’t have to make an entire kit! These little tags are just as cute attached to individual treats.
Use them for classroom goodies, Halloween party favors, surprise gifts for coworkers, or a little treat left on someone’s doorstep.
And there’s no rule that says you can’t mix the two styles together!
✂️ Printing & Assembly Tips
Both Halloween Survival Kits are free PDF downloads, so you can print them now or save them for another Halloween.
- Download: Choose your favorite version above and open the PDF. Save it to your device or print it right away.
- Paper: Use regular white 8.5″ x 11″ paper. White cardstock is a great choice if you’d like sturdier gift tags.
- Print settings: Choose portrait orientation and print at Actual Size or 100%. If your printer clips the edges, try Fit to Printable Area.
- Cut: Cut out the tags along their outer edges. A small hole punch is handy for attaching ribbon or string.
- Attach: Tie or tape each tag to its matching treat. You can also staple tags to small treat bags.
- Package: Gather your goodies in a little basket, bag, or box. Add the matching Halloween Survival Kit sign if you’d like!
Snappy Tip: Print a few extra tags and keep them handy for those last-minute Halloween surprises. You never know when someone might need emergency chocolate!
