Weekly Wash #12: Mini Simple Square Cloths

I’ve always made washcloths 6-8″ so when I was given a few little mini cloths I thought “those are cute…. what do I do with them?”. Well, I ended up using them for a TON of things. These little 4.5″ cloths are great for removing make up, dishes, little piggies, even coasters. I found so many uses that I decided to make my own.

Since they are a quick little project I decided they would be great for beginners to learn and practice stitches. I like beginners to have something they can finish in one or two sittings and come away with something they can use. Each of these cloths focus on a different basic st: sc (single crochet), hdc (half double crochet), dc (double crochet).

Mini Simple Square Cloths Patterns

Each cloth below focuses on one basic crochet stitch. All of the cloths are finished with a border of sc sts.
