This little treat bag will brighten Easter baskets or make a fun gift by itself. It is just the right size to fit some treats, little toys and fun things.
Rebel Rabbit Pattern

Materials
Yarn: Worsted Weight. Red Heart Day Glow, Shocking Pink (dark pink), Pretty N Pink (medium pink), Petal Pink (light pink), Neon Orange
Crochet Hook: H
Miscellaneous: yarn needle, 2 small buttons for eyes, sewing needle, black thread
Directions:
1. With H hook and medium pink yarn, ch 19, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each chain across.
(18sts)
2. Ch 2, turn, dc in same st and in each st to end of row.
3-12. Ch 2, turn, hdc in same st and in each st to end of row.
13. Change to variegated yarn. Ch 2, turn, hdc in same st and in each st to end of row.
14-16. Ch 2, turn, hdc in same st and in each st to end of row.
17. Change to light pink yarn. Ch 2, turn, hdc in same st and in each st to end of row.
18-20. Ch 2, turn, hdc in same st and in each st to end of row.
21. Work in BLO for this row. Ch 1, turn, sc 3, hdc 3, dc 6, hdc 3, sc 3. Finish off.
22. Do not turn. Attach medium pink yarn to right end of row, in remaining loop from
step #21. Ch 2, hdc in same st and in each st to end of row.
23-27. Ch 2, turn, hdc in same st and in each st to end of row.
28. Ch 2, turn, dc in same st and in each st to end of row.
29. Ch 1, turn, sc in same st and in each st to end of row. Finish off, leaving a long tail
for sewing side seam. Set aside.

Back pocket (optional):
1. With H hook and medium pink yarn, ch 19, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each chain across. (18sts)
2-6. Ch 2, turn, hdc in same st and in each st to end of row.
Finish off, leaving a long tail for sewing in place.
On right side of rectangle, lay pocket piece so bottom edge is lined up where variegated yarn and medium pink yarn meet. With yarn needle and yarn tail, sew bottom edge in place. Leave side edges unsewn at this time. When sewing the bag’s side seams, make sure pocket sides are lined up in between the layers.
Nose: With H hook and dark pink yarn, start with a magic circle of 6sts (or preferred method for starting a circle of 6 sc sts), sl st to join. 2sc in each st to end of round, sl st to join. Finish off, leaving a tail for sewing in place.
With yarn needle and yarn tail, sew nose in place as shown in photo. Shape nose into a triangle, allowing center to bulge and lining top edge to top edge of muzzle overlap.
Stitch mouth line in place. Weave in ends.
With sewing needle and black thread, sew eyes in place close to top of nose.
Ears (make 2):
1. With H hook and variegated yarn, start with a magic circle of 5sts (or preferred method for
starting a circle of 5 sc sts), place marker for working in the round.
2. Sc in each st to end of round.
3. 2sc in next st, sc 4. (6sts)
4. 2sc in next st, sc 2, repeat once. (8sts)
5. 2sc in next st, sc 3, repeat once. (10sts)
6. 2sc in next st, sc 4, repeat once. (12sts)
7. 2sc in next st, sc 5, repeat once. (14sts)
8-10. Sc in each st to end of round.
11. sc2tog, sc 5, repeat once. (12sts)
12. Sc in each st to end of round.
13. sc2tog, sc 4, repeat once. (10sts)
14. Sc in each st to end of round.
15. sc2tog, sc 3, repeat once. (8sts)
16. Sc in each st to end of round. Finish off, leaving a tail for sewing in place.
With yarn needle and yarn tail from one ear, sew bottom edge of ear to top, corner edge of rectangle.
Fold bottom part of ear in half and take a few stitches through both layers to keep them together. Tie a knot and weave in yarn tail. Repeat for second ear.
Bag Assembly: Fold bag in half, with right sides together. With yarn needle and pink yarn tail sew first side seam. Finish off and use remaining yarn tail to sew other side seam. Leave top edge open.
Turn bag right side out, making sure to push bottom corners out.
Drawstring: With H hook and orange yarn, ch 55. Finish off. Pull knots at both ends secure and tie another knot on each end if desired. Trim yarn ends. Thread drawstring in and out of the dc row (2nd round from top edge), starting center front. Pull snug and tie in a bow.
