Personally I love blues but I use many different colors for whatever I am making. I have fallen in love with bamboo blend yarns — for years have used Caron and Bernat yarns. Also some from Hobbi — Normally a 4 weight but again use a lot of 3. Like how it drapes for certain items..
My favorite all around yarn is Big Twist . I was a red heart girl for years but the price point and softness of Big twist won me over .
I love any yarn!! I love all your goose patterns. And flags, and well everything!! I hope you had a great Christmas and will have a Haply New Year!!!
PS thank you for the birthday gift!!!
Im a red heart super savor and caron one pound girl.
I mainly make toys and afghans with cross stitch pictures on them. I love to crochet and have for over 50 years.
I love varigated yarns doesn’t matter the color tones

I usually use 4 ply acrylic, mostly Red Heart or Caron. Favorite colors are blue and greens
I love yarn and family says I have enough yarn. I need to crochet , I have a bunch of projects I need to finish but I seem to have lost the feeling of wanting to crochet!
I like any and all yarns, it depends on what I’m making. I guess I use mostly WW. I make a lot of garlands so I’m using bits and pieces, it’s a great use of left over skeins and peoples discards.. I love all the colors…
I’ve recently started loving cotton yarn in 3 weight to make young girls summer dresses 😊
I’m a big fan of cotton and DK yarn. The definition of the stitches when I make blankets, shawls and accessories just can’t be beat.
I like color, but tend to create more in vibrant warm colors … coral, gold, red-orange, golden browns.
Love the Blanket yarn types in the natural variegated colors, tweeds & speckled ones.
I love variegated yarn especially blues, greens and teals. I don’t mind overly what it’s mage from as long as it’s soft and snuggly.
my all time favorite yarn is Red Heart unforgettable I just love the colors..
I make so many Christmas things every year that I find myself in need of all Christmas colors!
My favorite colors are the ombré. Mostly pinks and turquoise
I really do love all the yarn. As I get older though the very thin yarn is getting harder to work with. Been using a lot more bulky yarn. But it’s all good!!
My husband says that I have too much yarn. You can never have enough yarn 😜. Love worsted weight yarn the most. It’s so versatile. Thanks for awesome patterns.
I love bulky yarns and variegated colours
My favorite weight of yarn is DK and smaller. Love blues and purples
My favorite colo0rs are green and purple, I just love how they look together to create just about any make, magnificent
I love all colors, but this year I will be focused on baby colors as I have a new grand baby coming. I use acrylic yarn.
I like super saver yarn, red, yellow, pumpkin
What at lovely way this would be to start the New Year! Good Luck to All!
I can always use more yarn. Love bright colors.
I use fingering and worsted weights the most. I lean towards cool colors, but will choose what suits the project. 💕
I only use red heart super saver, in any colors.
I use #4 acrylic yarn in all kinds of colors. Thank you for the chance to win
I use a lot of worsted weight yarn of varying colors, but I’ve been drawn to more projects lately that use DK weight, especially the multi-color skeins.
I would really like fall colors. I maje a lot of hats and they prefer warm colors.
I Use different kinds of yarns for different items.
Crochet cotton for things like washcloths, and other linen-type or washable items.
baby weight for baby items
sock and sweater yarn for socks and sweaters, especially children’s clothing items
fingering weight for very close knit and delicate items
4-ply acrylic yarns are very versatile. Most patterns use this type of yarn, and it is available almost anywhere in a wide variety of colors.
If you are like me, and take the time to separate the 4 strands, you can use:
3 strands is a good substitute for sweater and socks.
2 strands are perfect for doll clothes and for items you may want a thinner weight yarn for. It is close to number 10 crochet cotton, and is a good substitute for baby items. It also gives you a wider choice of colors.
1 strand is a good substitute for fingering weight.
I love all colors of yarn. Anything would be appreciated.
I like purples, grays, & greens
I use Red Heart Super Saver in a variety of colors depending on project. Mostly use #4 yarn. Also like Sweet Roll by Premier Yarn. I enjoy all your patterns.
I like reds and pinks.
I love working with the colors of nature(greens, tans, yellows, blues, etc). I generally work with #4 yarns but also like crochet threads.
I like to use cool colors
Any color will work except for black or navy.
Thank you!
Deb
I usually use pinks or blues.
Mostly blues and pinks
I like to use Red Heart, I use Grey Heather and Pretty n pink the most for manatees and flamingos, but I do other things and use every color, I use lots of different yarns as well, except wool my hands tend to bleed when I use wool
I use mostly #4 worsted budget yarn, acrylic and cotton. Occasionally I splurge and get some high dollar fingering or #1-2 yarn from local yarn store when I have sold a blanket or something as a reward to myself. The earth colors tend to be what I use and buy the most.
I really like Hobby Lobby’s “I love this yarn”. It’s pretty soft and comes in lots of colors. I especially like variegated yarns – so pretty!!
Right now I like cotton yarn to make dishcloths and dishtowels with. I like all colors as I like a variety in my kitchen to brighten it up and make it look pretty. I like making items that match the seasons and holidays. Happy Holidays Everyone!
I like 4 weight yarns, preferably a soft acrylic or cotton yarn.
The yarn i use the most is acrylic #4yarn. It is easy and so many different colors to choose from!
Love all yarns but I think I would like to try lion brands tweed or anything soft..I usually crichet with redheart..thankyou
Lately I’ve been using mostly bulky yarn, sometimes for plushies but at the moment am making hoodies for the grands!
It depends on what I’m making. If I can only say one, I would say Red Heart Super Saver because it wear like iron. And I like the colors. I drool over the Hobby Lobby colors. I do use Lion Brand Homespun for one scarf pattern. And Lion Brand Hometown for loom knitting hats.
I love Red Heart Super Saver for toys and blankets, lots of colours and it can hold up to hard use and multiple washings — perfect for little girls and their uncles for playing on the floor and camping with Daddy. My granddaughter loves pink and purple and I love blues and greens with those, #4 worsted is what I use most.
My favorite acrylic yarn is Red Heart and my favorite cotton yarn is I Love This Cotton. I use more yellow and blue yarn.
I use a variety of yarns, cotton, acrylic, Bamboo & RedHeart, LionBrand, or Caron. I try to buy when it is on sale, Also I thrift yarns as well. My favorite colours are red, blue and green.
I use Red Heart mostly! I love all colors, but it seems like the basic colors (regular blue, red, yellow, etc) are what I sell the most of.
I have a lot of worsted weight yarn. My favorite color is pink 🩷. Any shade of pink. Love it all 😊. Love all the snappy patterns 💖. Thanks for your patterns and give aways!
I use worsted or cotton…. neutral colors are beautiful.
OMGosh! I don’t think I’ve ever met a yarn I didn’t love! However, I make so many things for my grandchildren. I typically use a sturdy yarn like RedHeart or LionBrand or Caron when I make things like backpacks and bags and totes. I love softer yarns like LionBrand Heartland for wearables.
I use red heart a lot because it washes up well and its durable.
I use both cotton and worsted weight, but the softer version. Like I love this yarn, by hobby lobby. I love bright colors. Merry Christmas 🎁🎄 🤶🏻
Love the mail Elf goose pattern
I mostly use greens, red, yellow and black
Most of my projects are #4 worsted weight, but I’ve used numerous weights. I really love bamboo yarn! My favorite color yarn to use is blue. I tend to gravitate towards it without even realizing it.
I usually use a #4 acrylic yarn (Red Heart, I Love This Yarn, Caron One Pound) but I’ve worked with everything from #10 cotton to a bulky blanket yarn. My favorite color is green but I’ve been leaning more towards turquoises.
I mainly use acrylic #4 yarn. I habe fallen in love with the big twist. It seems a lot softer then the red heart yarn. I love using lots of colors but seem that black and white is in almost everything.
