Signups are now open for the most popular Snappy event of the year. You will receive a welcome email on 10/1/24 with event and shipping info.
This event is to participate in a handmade ornament swap. Each person that signs up agrees to:
- crochet 5 ornaments: please no glass ornaments, fragile or sharp pieces
- add a tag/note to each ornament with your name and state
- ship them to Utah postmarked by 11/15/24 (this gives you 7 weeks to make 5 ornaments). Be aware that in addition to the $7 sign up fee (which covers the cost to ship these back) you will need to pay to ship these to Utah.
These will be swapped and 5 different ornaments will be sent back on 12/7/24. You should receive your new ornaments mid December.
Please be aware:
- I am limiting the amount of spots this year to help speed up the swapping/shipping process. If you are interested please sign up now.
- This is non refundable. If you do not send in your ornaments money will not be refunded. This is to help make sure people take a spot only if they plan on participating.
- In the past I have sent them back later than planned mostly due to the huge amount of ornaments we receive and trying to get them one before my busiest week of the year (Black Friday). This time I am limiting the amount of spots to a much smaller amount and sorting them AFTER Black Friday weekend. Please note these will not arrive back to you until mid December.
