While planning the countdown calendar I knew I needed peppermints and candy canes. These little peppermints by “Petals to Picots” are the quickest little thing you will ever make. She has step by step pix and it actually shocked me how simple these little candies are to make. I knew we needed more than one…because they are so fun AND for size… so I made three and attached them with white yarn.
Materials
Yarn: Worsted weight in small amounts of red, white and green
Crochet Hook: Size G
Miscellaneous: Yarn needle, ribbon for hanger (optional)
Directions: Follow directions for making “Peppermint Candies” by Petals to Picots. Make 2 in red and white and 1 in green and white.
Hanger: With G hook and yarn color of choice, sl st in a st at top of one of the end candies. Ch 10, sl st in same st on candy. Finish off and weave in ends.
